Lo is an Afro-Latina artist of multiple mediums; inclusive of photography, poetry, videography, music, digital and visual art. Lo began creating at a young age and aims to uplift those around her through her artwork. Lo utilizes art as a form of communication; that embodies her heritage, beliefs, and community; messages which shine through the artwork she creates. “My art represents an extensive portion of my true identity and provides me the ability to strengthen my voice through forms of innovation”. Lo has developed and facilitated multiple art-based courses/workshops for youth as well as college students. Lo aims to spread creativity-based learning and encourage individuals to pursue their creative dreams.
