Filmmaker, Performer, Interdisciplinary Storyteller
Luka Gotsiridze (he/they) is a multimedia and interdisciplinary storyteller whose work bridges critical and emotional inquiry, scholarship, and esoteric traditions. Rooted in embodied practices of liberation, joy, and collective engagement, Luka’s explorations are driven by questions of what it means to be human within shifting social contexts – our relationality with one another; with land, cultural, gendered, and national identities; with healing, equity, language, technology, and ancestry.
Believing that much of life unfolds within normalized systems of oppression, Luka’s work seeks to disrupt, reimagine, and transform these constructs into spaces of freedom, play, and possibility. Deeply attentive to the dominance of ‘Global North’ narratives, Luka is committed to unsettling these frameworks while amplifying alternative imaginaries, and ways of knowing.
