Sculptor, Multidisciplinary Artist
My name is Tarek Eltantawy but I go by TMAN. I’m a multidisciplinary artist, but sculpture is my preferred discipline. Wood and clay let me work with my hands, shape ideas, and make them real, taking a thought and physically manifesting it in real life. I bounce between other things too, design, clothes, drawing, painting, whatever pulls me in. My work is raw, and often improvised. It’s about energy and presence for me. Beyond my art, I’m someone who is constantly observing, listening and looking to build. I live with curiosity, always pursuing new skills and ways of expressing myself. At the core, I’m just trying to connect, whether that’s with people, materials, or ideas.
