AAC Alumni Coordinator, Miami
Beth Bru (b. 1999, Las Vegas, Nevada) is a Miami-based visual artist, muralist, and sculptor whose work explores joy, abstraction, and the spiritual undertones of everyday life. Drawing from the bold colors and playful geometry of 1980s–1990s Memphis design, her practice harmonizes structure and spontaneity, creating immersive experiences that uplift communities and awaken the human spirit.
Rooted in faith and perseverance, Bru’s work reflects a balance between her desert upbringing and life in Miami. Her influences include Cubism, Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dalí, Felipe Pantone, and the cinematic storytelling of Wes Anderson. She approaches every project with the conviction that art can inspire hope, bring joy, and make a lasting difference.
Bru’s career highlights include the solo exhibition Fruits of the Spirit (2026, Miami-Dade Public Library System, Downtown Branch) and group exhibitions such as Art Club’s Group Show (2024, Neo Gallery Design District, Miami). She has collaborated with institutions including Baptist Health, Live Nation, Miami Art in Public Places, and CBS News Miami, and was awarded 2nd Place and a grant in Green Space Miami’s Artist as Catalyst Program (2025).
In addition to her artistic practice, Bru serves as AAC Alumni Coordinator for Miami, mentoring and supporting emerging artists while sharing her experience to help them build successful and impactful careers. At the core of her work is a mission to spread hope, joy, and the presence of God through art.
