m (they/them) is a poet and performer from the American South. they create multimedia choreopoems that exist at the nexus of Blackqueer self-invention, furious wonder, and world building; all while interrogating the impact of institutions on the Black psyche. m creates in hopes to transform the theatre into a sanctuary where Blackqueer psyches can rest, resist and unfurl.
