Betsaida is a storyteller, comedian, and award-winning improviser. She is also an experienced bilingual training director with deep experience working in strengths-based instruction and with diverse populations. After earning her degree in Psychology and Education from California State University Chico, she has gone on to hold positions such as Program Director of the California Youth Crisis Line, Education Director and Membership Coordinator for Blacktop Comedy Theater, and Program Director and Communications Director for NorCal Mental Health America. She is also the founder of ImprovEQ which helps teams learn how to collaborate, improvise, and have fun. In her free time, Betsaida enjoys going on day trips with her husband Timothy, trying new restaurants, and practicing her rapping skills.
