Communications Manager

Claudia Campos is a Producer, Theater Manager, and Communications strategist. She is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, focus in Directing and Communications. For two years, she served as Company and Media Manager at Miami New Drama, a nationally recognized professional theater company in residence at the historic Colony Theatre in Miami Beach. As Company Manager, she oversaw the largest professional theater production in the United States during the COVID-19 pandemic, 7 Deadly Sins, which also won the prestigious Drama League Award for Outstanding Interactive or Socially Distanced Theater. Other credits with Miami New Drama include: A Wonderful WorldWhen Monica Met Hillary, and The Cuban Vote. She has worked abroad in Theatre Education at Florida State University London, was Assistant Director and Stage Manager for Puras Cosas Maravillosas (Colony Theatre), and Social Media Director for Gente Ociosa (Colony Theatre). As a native-born Cuban, now living in Miami, FL, Claudia believes the arts should stay attuned to the changes the world is making, aiming to make our most marginalized communities feel seen, heard, and represented by the stories being told.
