Cherise Morris

Day 29: Cherise Morris

Detroit, MI, United States

This is a recorded meditation meant as an individual bathing ritual. I include a list of common ingredients and seasonal herbs and instructions if folks would like to make their own ritual bath blend. The goal of this practice is to turn our gaze inward, allowing space to ponder how the grievances of the world around us reside within us, give ourselves a moment of self-care and reflection and emerge feeling relaxed, restored and revitalized. Bathing rituals are powerful practices of self-love and healing and I would love to offer this practice, which has been instrumental in my healing journey, to others.
