Peace can be found in the strangest of places. In my case, peace was found with my ailing 17-year-old cat. Taking care of her has been a blessing and an unexpected form of peace.

Rachel is an actor, photographer, and musician who usually bases in Los Angeles. She spent a couple of years at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and now has some film projects upcoming.
DAILY PEACE ACTION
My idea for action is simple: find someone (they don’t have to be a human!) to take care of and love. The simple act of service to someone other than yourself is remarkable and helps keep the darkness at bay.
