Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Grace now lives in New York City where she works as a Project Manager for the Estee Lauder Companies’ Global Talent team.

Grace is a Human Resources professional with global experience in a Business Partner and Talent COE capacity. In her current role at the Estee Lauder Companies (ELC), Grace focuses on launching global scale HR programs and technologies to enhance the employee experience. Grace is passionate about creating inclusive work environments that allow all individuals to bring their authentic selves to the organization. Grace partners closely with NOBLE, ELC’s Black Employee Resource Group, to develop and launch talent programs that focus on elevating and empowering Black talent at ELC. Prior to her role at ELC, Grace worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Revlon, where she supported the North America market across a broad range of Human Resources initiatives.

Grace is passionate about equity in education and works for a number of organizations that focus on enabling education through mentorship and removing barriers to attending school. Grace volunteers as a Mentor at Minds Matter, an organization that connects driven and determined high school students from low-income families with mentors. Grace is currently working with her Mentee of 2-years as she begins her senior year of high school and applies for college. Grace also sits on the board and leads social media for the Kilimanjaro Education Foundation (KEF). KEF is a grassroots organization that is focused on providing schools in Tanzania with access to clean and safe drinking water and ultimately reducing barriers to attending school, particularly for young Women.

Grace completed her double Bachelors degree at the University of Monash in Melbourne, Australia. Grace majored in Business Management and Chinese (Mandarin) with a minor in History. In her spare time, Grace goes on long-distance runs with friends, takes pottery classes and paints Australian landscapes that remind her of home.
