Halley Bohm is a multidisciplinary artist specializing in interactive installations that captivate the senses and foster unexpected interactions arising from community engagement. With a design background, they meticulously craft spatial experiences, infusing intentionality into every aspect. Hailing from Miami Beach, their identity as a queer, non-binary, trans, anti-zionist Jew deeply influences their artistry. Hal earned their BFA in Digital Arts from Pratt Institute in 2022, majoring in Interactive Art. Their Miami upbringing and the vivid hues of oceanic energy continue to permeate their work. Blending analog and digital techniques, they craft immersive experiences spanning tactile, olfactory, auditory, and visual realms. From sculpture and printmaking to projection mapping and stained glass, Bohm’s portfolio boasts a diverse range of mediums, often inviting viewer interaction through wearable elements or tactile engagement. In addition to their artistic practice, Halley is dedicated to education, engaging with students across Miami-Dade through various schools and public libraries. They emphasize experimentation and STEAM-based projects, fostering creativity and innovation in the next generation of artists and thinkers.
