Moreau Halliburton (she/they) is a multidisciplinary musician and visual storyteller born and raised in Los Angeles, California. As a chronic deep thinker, Moreau has expressed herself through process-centered creativity for as long as she can remember. Moreau believes in the importance of rhythm as an act of support and an embodiment of life.
Moreau shares their music through live looping and creates community groups centered around crafting and expressive music-making for all skill levels. They host film screenings of their original DocuShort “Beads Build Bridges: The People Behind the Craft” paired with D.I.Y. Krobo beading workshops. She uses her dream-state to process fears and rewire how she shows up in the waking world through positive mantra posters.
Moreau graduated from Lawrence University in 2022 with a self-designed BA in “Music Identity Studies.” They aim to use music as a catalyst for healthy identity development in youth. Moreau is currently a student at The Center for Deep Listening.
