Musician, Creative Producer, Designer
Rayan Abasaeed is a social strategist, musician, & designer based in Miami — with experience in design, marketing & promotions, and event & multimedia production. She is of Nubian heritage with Egyptian and Sudanese nationality. Though born and raised in the USA, she always felt like a cultural liaison between the MENA world and the US. Through Rayan’s creative work, she is drawn to stories that fuse culture, resilience, and independence — narratives rooted in heritage yet unafraid to evolve. Her art spans many forms: intricate henna patterns that honor ancestral traditions, curated pop-up experiences that gather community, and music that thrives outside industry control.
Live music holds a special place in my storytelling. With Trust Nobody, I’ve been part of performances that reject the gatekeeping and profit-driven oversight of the mainstream music industry. We create spaces where artists can express themselves freely, where authenticity outweighs algorithms, and where the audience feels the energy of the moment rather than a manufactured product. These live moments become living stories — shared between performer and listener, unfiltered and real.
