In a touching display of solidarity, journalists from around the world have been using the hashtag #WeStandWithWDBJ as they mourn the loss of Alison Parker and Adam Ward.
Parker, a 24-year-old reporter, and Ward, a 27-year-old cameraman, were shot and killed Wednesday while doing a live interview in Roanoke, Virginia.
Individual reporters and entire news teams have turned to Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook to post photos of themselves holding signs up that say #WeStandWithWDBJ to show their support for WDBJ-TV. The station has done an admirable job responding to, and covering, the incident over the past couple of days.
