Vice President of Music & Data Partnerships
Vanessa is the Vice President of Music and Data Partnerships at Audiomack. She first joined the company as Director of Data and Revenue Strategy in 2018. Under her leadership, Audiomack has inked music licensing deals with all three major labels, built and launched its flagship A&R research tools, and expanded its direct content licenses to incorporate over 250 rightsholders, including the world’s largest distribution and label services companies and leading independent labels across the globe. In 2020, Vanessa inked a partnership between Audiomack and the National Black Chamber of Commerce (NBCC) to fund the distribution of 200,000 K-N95 masks to Black businesses around the country, and launched an ongoing advertising grant which offers $120K per month in ad inventory for Black-owned businesses in the NBCC network. A history major, graduate of Wellesley College, and passionate advocate for women’s equality, Vanessa began her career in banking and, prior to joining Audiomack, held a role in Global Business Development and Digital Strategy at Sony Music Entertainment.
