Interim Chief of Staff
VICTORIA POLLACK is a NY-based producer, storyteller, creative consultant, and person of service. As a hyphenate, Victoria brings curiosity, a collaborative spirit, and Virgo sensibilities to every space she serves—whether it be a classroom of young storytellers in Johannesburg, a writers room on a network TV show, or The Peace Studio.
Fervently committed to arts outreach, she has collaborated with Artists Striving to End Poverty (Arts Ignite), the Juilliard New Orleans Service Project, stART Osceola, Broadway for All, and Lincoln Center Moments. She founded Kolibri, a creative consultancy, in 2017 to help non-profits and CSR-focused clients bring special projects to life—including 21-days of pop-up performances for Sing For Hope’s #DrivingHope campaign with MINI USA, and the book launch of Better & Better by Bob Stiller, Founder of Keurig Green Mountain. During the historic dual WGA-SAG strikes in 2023, she co-founded @WGAStrikeUnite, serving the entertainment community by amplifying rank and file member stories, mobilizing CTAs, and creating crisis resources for strike-affected workers and survivors of the 2024 California wildfires. She was elected to the WGAE Council in Fall 2024.
Her creative work spans stage, screen, and soundscapes. She got her start in TV as showrunner’s assistant to Warren Leight on LAW & ORDER: SVU during its record-breaking 21st through 23rd seasons. During her SVU years, she coordinated the launch of the inaugural season of THE SQUADROOM, the official SVU podcast, wrote for SVU RADIO, and became the first person to appear on SVU as both a writer and an actor. She was a staff writer at LAW & ORDER: OC, and has produced several short films, as well as the second-ever Film Festival at Juilliard. As an actor, she has performed at Carnegie Hall, and in development spaces with the Metropolitan Opera, Primary Stages, Premiere Stages, Lincoln Center, and NYSAF. She originated “Allie” in Max Posner’s SNORE and “The Girl” in MINETTI (Barbican, London & Edinburgh International Festival – World Premiere).
She holds a BA in Theatre from Barnard College, Columbia University and a MFA from Juilliard Drama, where she was awarded the S. Kim Oh Scholarship for Leadership in Public Service, the Michel Saint-Denis Award for Ensemble, and the Artist as Citizen Award.
