Operations Lead
Aubrey Blacker is an operations leader and producer who builds systems that enable creative and mission-driven work to thrive. She specializes in designing structures that bring clarity, alignment, and momentum to complex, cross-functional initiatives.
She is the Operations Lead at The Peace Studio, where she supports the development and delivery of storytelling and impact initiatives from early concept through execution, helping translate vision into clear, collaborative, and sustainable operations.
With a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA, her work spans education, child development, and community-based programs. She has led initiatives across these contexts, often working with remote teams and in global settings, translating big ideas into scalable, sustainable operations. Alongside her operations work, she co-runs a production company, producing documentary, commercial, and narrative content. Her work includes producing an 11-part series on racism and anti-Blackness in the US. She is particularly drawn to storytelling that shapes culture and expands what feels possible for people and communities.
